When placing an order, it is taken that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, so please spend a moment to read them.
With handstamped jewellery every letter and number is individually stamped using a hammer. As this is done by hand there will often be slight variation in depth, and position of letters/numbers.
This is what makes each piece unique. It is considered part of the charm and character of handstamped jewellery and not a defect. Handstamping is very different from engraving which is a much more uniform finish. It is imperfectly perfect, very much an artisan look.
is accepted via PAYPAL, eWay or bank deposit. You do not have to join paypal to do this.
You can make payment using either credit or debit card. Laybuy is also available, via 6 equal payments. This is processed through www.laybuy.com/nz and you can find more details through their website. You can purchase through us, receive your item within our usual time frame, and pay it off with Laybuy over 6 weeks.
The timeframe for completion of your order is up to 3 weeks. Your order will usually be completed quicker than this, but if you need something for a certain date within 3 weeks, please advise the date you need it by so we are aware. If you require your order within a week, please contact us to enquire whether this can be done.
During certain times of the year KJdesigns is busier than others, such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas. This means that orders may take longer to be created, and that orders may be closed off by a certain date. You will find this information on our Facebook page and on our home page
We attempt to keep stock on hand of every design, however if you are requiring something that we don't use a lot of, or a one-off piece, this may have to be ordered in, which can take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. 95% of the designs on our website are held constantly in stock.
As your order has been made just for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. The only exception is if we have made a spelling mistake. Please check all your spelling and dates when you send in an order. If we have made a mistake on your order, you may return it to us and we will remake the item for you at no cost to yourself. Any items that are faulty or break within 6 months after 'normal' use will be replaced or refunded. No refunds for 'change of mind'.
Please note that any changes made after purchase via website will incur a minimum $20 fee. Changes made to a custom design (discussed via FB or email) are accepted free of charge until the design has been confirmed. Once the design has been confirmed any change will incur a $20 fee.
is via courier. Courier & Packaging is a flat rate of $5.20 throughout NZ. We can post overseas, either International Mail or Courier.
KJdesigns takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items and delays, once they have left our care. However all items sent by courier are covered by their insurance should they be lost or damaged and a claim can be made.
All orders are photographed
before posting. Images are property of KJdesigns and can be published
onto KJdesigns Facebook page at my discretion. If we am aware that the
order is a gift we will wait until after the event to post the image. If
for some reason you would prefer the image of your order not to appear
on our Facebook page, please let us know.
KJdesigns will not share your details to any other party, without your express permission. Information collected is for the sole purpose of your order, and will not be used for any other purpose. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you can opt out at any time.
